It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.

2. Timing & Astronomical Calculations

Panchang and related timings (such as sunrise, sunset, and Brahma Muhurat) are computed mathematically from your latitude and longitude. While we aim for reasonable accuracy, results may vary with location, atmospheric conditions, and calculation methods. They are provided for general reference only and should not be used for navigational, scientific, or other precision-critical purposes.

3. Community-Contributed Content

The "Living Sacred Map" includes temple details, wait-time reports, and safety notes contributed by users. This information is community-sourced, is not independently verified by us, and may be inaccurate or out of date. Please use your own judgement — and consult official or local sources — before relying on it for travel, timing, or personal safety decisions. We are not responsible for decisions made based on community content.

4. External Links & Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, Google, Bunny.net, and OpenStreetMap). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links and integrations do not imply endorsement.

5. Trademarks & Gamification Terminology

Divyagyan uses the term "Ladoo" and "Ladoo Tokens" to represent virtual, in-app reward points. "Ladoo" (or "Laddu") is a common, generic name for a traditional sweet and is used here in an arbitrary, descriptive sense for a software feature. This use is not intended to infringe any trademark. Product and company names referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners.
